Santa’s Woodland Grotto
Hidden deep within the Secret Forest, Santa and his merry elves welcome families into a magical woodland teepee. Children share their Christmas wishes, then receive a quality gift to remember their visit.
Check your Light Trail time first
The time on your Light Trail ticket is when you need to arrive at the Secret Forest. Allow about 1 hour to walk the trail, and book Santa before it starts or after it finishes.
Light Trail at 3:00pm takes until about 4:00pm. Book Santa before 3:00pm, or from 4:00pm onwards.
How to book
Choose the ticket that matches how many children are visiting Santa:
Adults go in free. You do not need a ticket for adults.
Under 1s go free, as long as you do not want them to receive a gift or have time with Santa. If you do, book a child ticket for them.
More than 4 children?
You cannot put more than 4 children on one slot, so book two different times.
Example: 5 children = one 2-child ticket and one 3-child ticket.
Why slots are limited
Visiting Santa is a special part of Christmas for many families, but it is not possible to offer as many Grotto bookings as the overall capacity of Christmas Kingdom.
Grotto numbers are deliberately limited, so every family gets enough time with Santa and the visit stays personal, magical and memorable.
